One Google account for your work

Drive: file project photos and documents. Email sending: send quotes and messages you choose in ProCommand.

Calendar: Read availability from your company Google account’s primary calendar to avoid booking over busy events. Calendar permission is included in this sign-in; Google may ask you to approve it.

Event titles, descriptions and guests are not shown in ProCommand. Separate personal Google accounts are not connected. Missing Calendar access is shown as incomplete setup; CRM sign-in remains available.

Client email follow-ups: ProCommand checks messages involving known CRM clients from the last 30 days and uses Anthropic/Claude to suggest follow-up tasks. No attachments, unrelated mail or automatic replies. Suggestions are private to you and the company owner.

Required company setup. Signing in connects these approved work-account services automatically after Google verifies access. Gmail reminders and Claude analysis are managed by the company, with no individual on/off choices. Google may still ask you to approve permissions. Separate personal Google accounts are not connected.

If a required permission is missing, setup will show incomplete with a reconnect action. You can still enter the CRM while the connection is resolved.

Email-processing readiness will be verified after sign-in. Company service controls remain in effect.
